Tickers, graphics and color profile?? Help!

I was wondering how you change the color of your user profile and how you get the picture at the top? Also, Where could I find some cool graphics and tickers for TTC?

User profile - go to UserCP and on the left hand side click customise profile and you can change all the colours in there

Tickers - search google and there's loads out there

Graphics - not sure, probably the same as above xx
