Woohoo Barbara! -2lbs is AWESOME!! I love the feeling you get when you step on the scale and see that!! Congrats!

Cmosley - i know what you mean about being sore. Everytime i do tae-bo i am sore for weeks. I try to do that for 45mins and i am just beat to the max. Especially lunges. OMG them hurt so bad. I couldn't even DTD for awhile because it hurt my legs to spread LOL!

Today was weigh in day for me!

Starting weight -302
Last week - 294.6
Today - 288.6
Lost - 6lbs/week
Total - 13.4lbs

awesome job!! i'm REALLY hoping to get down to 300 this week....i'd love to be under...but i wont push it! lol
And yes!! i know what you mean to be to sore to DTD!! hubby wrapped his arm around me to snuggle close last night in bed and i hollared cuz i was so sore!! haha he was like wth! lol love it!

Oh wow!!! 6lbs is fantastic!!!!! That almost makes up for the being so sore :thumbup: I'm going to start the 30 day shred tomorrow and hope for fantastic results! Keep up the great work ladies!
 
Excellent losses this week girls, keep it up and we'll all be fit and healthy in no time! I'm hoping to lose about 2 this wk x
 
Good Job girls! I didn't loose any weight this week. I swear Girl Scout cookies are evil! I can eat so many of them without even noticing. I will do better this week now that the cookies are gone!!!!
 
mmmm girl scout cookies. i love the square chocolate ones filled with peanut butter inside. THEY'RE AWESOME!!! you can buy a knock off version at walmart. you got me soo hungry right now LOL.

i did a good job today. thinking about eating some pizza and wings for superbowl. what are you plans for superbowl? anything you're going to allow yourself to eat?!
 
Awesome job to all the ladies this week on the weight loss!! I weigh in tomorrow and have mixed feelings about it. LOL I feel better and my pants do feel a bit loser but I am not sure if the scale will actually reflect this. We will see!

I give myself cheat days, usually on the weekends. During the week I track my calories and on the weekends "cheat". Meaning I don't track calories and will maybe have a burger or Dairy Queen but don't overeat, persay.

If I stuck to a strict diet all the time, I would be depressed and then eventually gorge myself on all the goodies I love. LOL
 
you lose inches before lbs! so if the scale doesn't say a difference, don't get mad because more than likely you've lost inches!! It all counts :)
 
I didn't know they had some at Walmart!! That is good and bad to know haha. I am going to have pizza for the super bowl, but I am going to eat an apple and some PB before I go over so I will only eat a slice or two. That's my plan!!

I'm not even sure what my problem is, i just keep eating crap!
*sigh* hopefully i can do better! I NEED to lose this weight!
 
I am right there with you Momma.bear. I don't know why I just can't stop. I know I need to but my self control sucks.
 
you girls can do it!! whenever you're feeling an urge to binge or eat something bad, get on here and talk it out! Or get on sparkpeople or myfitnesspal and read some success stories!! It will make you want to try harder. hang in there, you're stronger than you think!!!

For dinner i made a 'pizza'. It's healthy and only 300 calories for it! Here's a picture of it but you have to click the link because bnb doesn't let me upload pics ughh.

i was finally diagnosed with pcos in dec, and put. on. metformin Now. my cycles are regulating
 
The Superbowl doesnt worry me.for eating- were not fans of either the cfl or nfl
however my uncle is visitig fromBC so everyone is getting together tomorrow at my aunts lots of food
today we're going skating to get activity in
 
I think this post is great! I started something like it on FB awhile ago cause us Plus Sized/Obese women go through alot of bull just because of what numbers say on scales and it sucks! Just because we got extra lovin doesn't mean we will never be great mommies it's just gonna take some time to get there.

What is your weight loss plan?Dr is going to be starting me on a pill seeing how every diet and exercise plan Ive been on has failed me over the yrs.I'm also going to do 30+mins per day walking on my home tredmill,pushing more water and fruits and using weights here and there.Hoping to maybe get games for Wii or buy an xbox kinnects for workouts.
How long have you been TTC?
DH and I've been together 6yrs so pretty much TTC since then.

I can't wait to eat pizza tmrw and wings.. AND drink beer. I'm going to be terrified of the scale but in some weird odd way i need this LOL. That's all i'm gonna eat tmrw though because i don't wanna over do it tooooo much.
 
Sometimes, it's good to have a day where you allow yourself to eat something you want. That way, you won't binge throughout the week!! Eat healthy and diet from Sunday - Friday, or Monday - Saturday... and the 7th day, treat yourself to something like pizza or a beer or a couple cookies. Just don't overdo it!

This week was hard for me... but I didn't cheat! At least not literally. :laugh2: I seriously had dreams that I cheated. I was eating cheddar chips and stuff. I woke up all pissed off that I didn't have better self control, and realized it was a dream. Best part about dreams... I can eat anything and everything, and it's 0 calories! :happydance:

So far, I've lost 14 lbs this time around. I have another 34 lbs to go before I hit my goal weight! I started with 85 lbs to lose... so I've lost an absolute total of 51 lbs in all since I started over a year ago.

I just hope I can get most of it off before getting pregnant.
