CP my birthday is also 31st and I am due to ovulate on 30th. Would be cool to conceive on our birthdays!
I would like to hold out until 14th to test but probably won't be able to help myself when it gets closer to the time

You can get pressed from Amazon but it's expensive, I'm using conceive plus which is also on Amazon (and in boots I believe) and I got pregnant the first cycle using it with my son, so fingers crossed!!

Welcome Sapphire86! I know how you feel with having irregular cycles, I had issues with that for a little over a year after going off BCP. I hope your doctors appointment goes well, let us know how it goes!

Well bloods came back normal so have doctors this evening to see what the next step is. Anyone any ideas? It's great that they're normal but it's easier to understand if there was something wrong like a low hormone level. On to month 19 of trying. Hoping we all get our BFP this month. x

I'm also on month 19! I had blood work last year and it came back normal too. It would definitely be easier to have some sort of answer as to why it's taking so long! We ended up finding out my DH has a varicocele that may or may not affect his fertility so that's where we're at right now. I have him taking Fertilaid to see if that helps, otherwise he has to have a surgery done but as far as I know everything has leveled out on my end. Have you looked into anything on your DH's side? I should ovulate around January 28th and I'm due on February 13th so I hope I'll wait for Valentine's day to test!
I use OPK since last June, and I take BBT for the third month.
This month I just add some extra vitamins (I already take prenatal for a year now)

Update from my dr visit:

I saw my dr today and she started me on clomid today. I was not expecting that at all but she looked at all my charts and said I almost certainly wasn't ovulating. When/if I get my next period I'll be going in for cd3 bloodwork and gearing up for round 2.

I'm really kind of terrified of clomid and its side effects... I hate taking new meds... but am excited to at least have a normal chance of ovulating and getting pregnant.

Sapphire86 - I'm sorry to hear about your doctor visit. I don't know a whole lot about Clomid or the side effects but I hope it works for you quickly! I don't blame you for being scared, I would be too, especially if you weren't expecting to be put on new meds right away. Try to stay positive

Only CD 2 here and already impatient to BD next week. I bought preseed last week. We got pregnant with my daughter kind of spur of the moment using regular lube. Never even thought about how lube might affect things, but since I know now I figured I might as well try it.

I bought preseed tonight and it should be here Friday in time to bd this cycle. I heard clomid can dry you up so I'm going to be prepared. I don't think I've used lube in like 10 years so it will be a new experience!

CD 11 here. Just doing our thing and waiting to O. O doesn't happen until cd17-19. I should O on hubby's bday. lol

Saphire: I was on clomid for 2 months. It's the first go to for most docs. It does have some side effects but not everyone gets them. Some women do wonderfully on it while others, like me, don't. It made me gain a lot of weight and over emotional. But I also have PCOS, insulin resistance and low metabolism. I'm kinda hooped when it comes to those type of drugs.

If you don't like how it affects you or makes you feel try talking to your doc about Femara (aka letrozole). That's what I'm on. It's great. Very little side affects and I have yet to experience any. At least nothing I have ever noticed.

Sorry for being MIA, currently on cd 3. I did go back to my OBGYN to get some results on my hormones and everything came back good. So i have eggs, a normal sized uterus in the correct position, no hormones imbalanced, and my cycles are shortening which is good. I am using OPKs this cycle and also soft cups. CD10 I will start my robitussin for ewcm.....but i now have an HSG scheduled next friday which is a day or 2 before I am set to O and she wrote a script for OH to get a semen analysis done. So I am pretty excited about HSG.



I also have been temping, but my temps are kinda low been getting 97.08 and such.

I'm on cd 3 of a 28-29 day cycle. Luckily my DH just told me he's planning on taking a couple of his regular shifts off next week which is during my fertile period. he usually works 72 hours then home for 48 then gone for 72 then home for 96. He's currently home for the next 2 days and goes back to work on Saturday through Monday then he will be home The 26 - to the 4 th of February. I plan on dtd every chance we get. My projected fertile days are the 28- 3rd. 😁😁😁😁😍😍😍

I also bought preseed because the month we used it last time was the month we caught our dd.

Fixed for all of us to get our BFPs!!!!!!

Lucky! lol. I didn't used to need it, but since giving birth and breastfeeding it's a necessity.

I've never needed to use lube. Tmi but my arousal fluid has always been just fine but I noticed that I don't have an abundance of ewcm. At least not where it is noticeable and most of the time I question if it is because we do it at least every second day during the week leading up to O. So we got preseed on my 3rd cycle on advice from this site. We got our bfp. We didn't use it the last 2 times as we were out and it's a bit pricey but we splurged for this cycle. FX.

So random question: Does anyone else notice that with every new character on tv, in a movie or RL person you meet you are analyzing if you like their name enough to name your future baby? I've noticed myself doing this. I've always had a list of stuff I like and we are quite set on a name if we have a boy, and I'm pretty sure of one if we have a girl. But I've noticed I'm always thinking and rethinking and adding names to the list. lol

Oh, yes, I'm always thinking about what names I like. But I like very few, lol. We don't have any top contenders for either gender right now.

Sounds like we are all planning on trying Preseed this cycle! This will be my first cycle trying it, I'm due to O the 29th-3rd. I hope it works for all of us!

I've also found myself analyzing all names! Especially from new TV shows lol I have a list on babynames.com that I keep adding names to whenever I find one that I like or if a friend names their baby one of 'my' names, I take it off lol I have a pretty set girl name that I've always loved and no one has 'stolen' yet but have too many options for boy names.
