I'm thinking about having a reduction after babies. I'm 5'3 with 34f's prepregnancy, and they've pretty much exploded. I'm tired of having to strap them down and layer my clothes just to get through the day without back and shoulder pain.

I'm sorry your finding your breasts unconfortable. Reductions are just as evasive if not more than a lift! Just my option, but I don't know if I could handle the scars and losing the feeling? I think I'd mis them To help with back pain I've always worn a good bra (goes without saying) and tired to stand up straight! If you have big boobs and you slouch your back is going to suffer!

Theres a couple different breast lifts available... I have 100 feeling in my boobies..thank god lol... and if breasts sag implants will not perk them up...theres different types of pstosis..sag.... if one is really saggy a lift will be recommended by a plastic surgeon.. if one opts not to itll only make ones boobs larger an saggier... ok enough boob talk lol.

Regarding boobs - I think you'd be best off going for a consultation at the point you feel your boobs need work and asking for professional advice regarding what is required for the result you desire rather than trying to second guess or discount a treatment which may do a better job. I am mega jealous. I'd love a lift and implants (I already have bigger boobs but they're not really full of anything!) but I don't think I can afford it!

Speaking of boobs- can any of you big chested ladies recommend a good bra? I can't do underwire now that belly has gotten bigger and I can't seem to find a good one that supports me correctly (This is why I'm holding my saggy boobs up in the photo- ) I'm a 38 g...
