Well I am 5dpo today and nothing to report - not a sausage lol, at least I'm not stressed about symptom spotting as there are no symptoms.

11dpo and I'm convinced I'm out. Got a BFN this morning and then spotting started as usual... normally get 2 or 3 days of this and then AF. Right on schedule. My temps have been so good this cycle too. Had a dip in temp on 7dpo and spotting on 8dpo. Was convinced it was implantation. I've already burst into tears twice today. Why is it that PMS the time I get the most teary coincides perfectly with getting your BFN. A cruel joke. Going to curl up with my dog on the couch and watch crappy TV. H was so sweet he drew me a bath tonight to try and cheer me up.

This is my 1st month using CBFM and im on CD 4 my AF is almost done today, so cant wait for monitor to tell me to pee on the stick.. so excited!! fingers crossed!! I would love to share my experiences with all of you and keep you updated to hopefully get the this Month..
