Bec - I agree with the girls try not to worry aboutwhat they eat, I'm sure he will increase his intake soon. (but jokingly I'd love a diet of waffles - i love them!). I hope it improves soon. Ajay has fits and starts of liking food - recently he won't touch breakfast at all whereas before he loved it - who knows what the right thing to do is.

AFM - work today but now two days off with Ajay Yay! Got lots of nice things planned with friends tomorrow then my Mum is coming over on Wednesday so really looking forward to it. Saw a programme on Channel 4 - dispatches the truth about your nursery. Watched five minutes of it and felt awful - I know they are making a TV show and it's horrible some of the awful stuff but in some ways it's really frightening (and probably for no reason) to 99% of people. But good news black mirror is back on tonight, yay!!!!! xx

Caz re the Dispatches programme I watched it as i knew the people who lost their little girl, the programme was so scaremongering but i do think it highlighted an important issue which is basically that ofsted reports dont really tell you everything you need to know and it's easy for nurseries to change names and therefore disregard complaints to their previous names. But yes, all very upsetting. Especially when you know them...

I took Annabelle to a new soft play this morning which she loved. Off to the doctors later to get my blood pressure checked again! Definitely somethings going on so if its not blood pressure then who knows!

Having a busy but good day off work today. We had builders over to quote at 8 am, then busy morning with washing, tidying, off to the park and it was FREEZING! We then came home, lunch, tidued again - I feel like all I do is clean up and tidy - then washing on, exercise DVD, lunch and then doing some work - phew! I'm exhuatsed! We are off to see a friend of mine this afternoon and her little girl so that will be nice and then pancakes for tea for Ajay tonight yay! I love my days off as I cram so much in but it is a bit tiring sometimes. x

Hi all sorry ive been a bit absent, just knackered and trying to get through day by day.

First of all, GEORGIE! so excited for you hun, either way you are nearly there! hope its started happening for you now!

Hann, i was quite shocked to read about Greg and the skyping etc and you fainting, did you ever confront him? i think i would have had to, hope he realises hes got another child soon too and needs to start being more considerate of you all!
Hope your BP is ok too, i was thinking about getting mine checked this week, been feeling rubbish and migraines have come back.

Caz, i hope you are enjoying your time off with Ajay and sounds like you have a lovely couple of days planned, I saw a bit of that dispatches programme, it wasnt pleasant but like Simmy says, was scaremongering to an extent.

Simmy i love the girls names you have picked, Lily is such a gorgeous name, and doesnt matter that its popular, i think its really sweet with Leo. Jaya is also very lovely, im so excited you are having a girl!

Maria, Glad you got all your stuff tidied up, i also feel so much better when ive tidied clutter, the problem is these days im so not inclined to bother, i just want to feel normal again .

Sorry to anyone ive forgotten,. Ive had horrible migraines all over the weekend and H was still not sleeping well.. Well we have moved his cot away from the window and last night he slept through till seven which im over the moon about, just hope its the start of some good nights. Ive been really low and losing confidence in my own ability to an extent with him obviously lack of sleep isnt helping that. I still slept badly last night but again im hoping i can now get back on track. My parents have been really helping, mum did Hs swimming today and they have just left with him to have him overnight so im having a sit down and looking forward to an evening of R and R and a nice lay in, i dont know how id have coped without them.
In other news, one of my best friends is having a torrid time, her 9 year old girl was at her dads for the weekend and he didnt bring her back on sun saying she wanted to live with him and that her mum was hitting her (not true) there is nothing courtwise in place so she hasnt got any power to go and take her, shes missing school at the mo as he lives in Norwich and hes apparrently trying to get her into a school up there but my friend is in bitsd at the mo as she has no idea why this has happened, there is no apparent reason for it, Mia does everything under the sun club wise gets whats shw wants, is a great student lots of friends etc so Rachel is at a complete loss at the mo and cant get to have a conversation with Mia alone, so shes having to contact a solicitor which she cant afford to get some advice, im so sad for them.

By the way i know the Harliaquin shopping centre too! lol i lived in Hemel Hempstead for a while (not far away) and still own and rent out a house in Leighton Buzzard, so Watford was one of the closest bigger towns

Been to the doctor, blood pressure is now 70/40, seriously low! At least I'm not imagining it but if it doesn't get better I'll be admitted to hospital

Mmmmmmmm love pancake day - I made Ajay one small savoury one with dairylea and then he had one with mashed banana and a little bit of strawberry jam. Yum!

We've just had a light tea and we'll have some pancakes shortly with nutella!!!!

Nope nothing that helpful - eating regularly and drinking lots, which is what I have been doing! Oh and resting - well 2 out of 3 I can do lol!
