After this months issues Im trying to figure out what would be best. Ive always known I had longer cycles than most. BUT temping has given me much insight to whats going on at least. SO I think Ive decided so this doesnt become like a chore every month...that I will only start temping about CD 15 or so and taking OPK then as well to give myself a break. I fell like Im letting the temps run my day if its a bad temp! So in order to save some sanity...temping and OPK from CD15 until I confirm O. Then I start the progesterone and Im going to stop temping and symptom spotting since the progesterone gives me horribe side effects and affects my temps.

Mine r longer to than most n starting from day one is a pain wen I don't ov until cd18! It's a long 18 days
I agree a bad temp puts in for a bad day
I did test I see faint shadows but nothing more, did u see my thread?

Yeah I looked and saw your update. Not sure if I see anything on the new ones....BUT I am terrible at seeing the faint lines! Let me know when you update it again and Ill look. Your temps look great! Did FF ever say triphasic?
