Sounds like the hook effect hon. I had that happen to me and a temp drop. Pee in a disposable cup 1/4 pee and 3/4 water and ure tests will be darker.
I was around 5 week when hook effect happened. Think it was between 5 and 6 weeks. Remember u may be a few days extra as it goes by when u ovulate. I was put forward 4 days at my 13 week scan.
It's also normol for symptoms to come and go because I had that to.
I worried so much and at one point thought I was having a chemical pregnancy because the lines getting lighter but then I heard about the hook effect.

Thank you. I've put away the tests and thermometer now or I'll just keep stressing myself out. I'm 5 weeks today. Got my first Midwife appointment booked for 11th Feb. Just trying to keep positive and keep busy to try not dwell on things. Just can't shift the fear of it all going wrong after 4 early losses already this last year. But all looking much better this time around. My tests progressed like they should and think I'm starting to get symptoms now. Had nausea yesterday and mildly today and boobs are very tender. These early weeks feel so long though. I don't wanna wish this time away but at the same time I'm desperate to see this little ones heartbeating on screen

Getting Evaps on my tests this afternoon. Dodgy batch? Can you even see it too? Feel just like AF will show any moment. surely if these were anything they would be dark at 12 dpo (possibly 11). This TWW is driving me crazy, can’t sleep or anything.

hello , i know i'm late here but a lot of women are getting bfp this month which is so inspiring. AF is due saturday for me but 9/10 i'm not pregnant lol i just know i'm not but hopefully y'all a good baby dust will rub off on me for my next time trying

Ladies I've got myself in such a mess this morning. Everything has be looking really good up until last night. Yesterday lunchtime I got 2-3 on cb digital and other tests where lovely and dark, almost equal to the control line. I finally let myself get excited. Then last nights looked a little lighter. I instantly freaked and have spent most of the night awake with stomach and back cramps. I was so hoping that maybe my urine was just a little more diluted but this morning I'm still convinced there not looking good. Surely by 15dpo they should be equalling the control line. Worst of all my frer is lighter the 12dpo. Im absolutely distraught now. I can't cope coming this far after 4 chemicals in a year for it to still go wrong. I feel like the second I've let my guard down I'm going to lose this pregnancy

I feel like the bottom 2 are lighter than days 14s morning.

they look great to me , it doesn't seem like it's getting lighter , the lines just look thinner. try not to stress yourself out , idk if you believe in God or not if so try praying to ease your mind a bit. i prayed for you and your baby so i hope everything goes great for you

Sooo... I know that after my bright-red spotting episode which resulted in a crying breakdown, I said that I wasn't going to test anymore unless AF didn't show. Well the next day rolled around (10 dpo) and I looked at the test from the previous night (the one I took right before I saw the spotting), and saw a faint line there so I thought I'd take another one to see if it was an evap or not.

I've tested twice yesterday lo and behold, I am getting what seems to be faint positives on my IC's - showing up within less than a minute

I dont want to let myself believe it until I can get a proper pregnancy test from the pharmacy, but I am 11 dpo now, tested this morning and the line seems to be silghtly darker than last night's.

If this is real, then I'm really embarassed for freaking out about my spotting to that extent Hah..

Also, my temp dipped a little on 9 + 10 dpo but has shot back up this morning, so could be a good sign as well

Will post pics later, at work rn

Still getting stupid evaps this morning but they are not any darker. Appear as soon as the dye clears. Stupid cheap tests. Feel like AF is coming but nothing yet, expected the latest by Saturday. 12/13dpo today so would be blazing by now if it was anything. I think I’m out this month ladies.

That looks positive to me! And if it's within 10 minutes, there's no way it can be an evap!

Looks almost the same as the test I did this morning... Maybe we're both about to get our BFP's?!!

It looks grey, it's so faint that I don't see colour..I'm thinking bad batch of tests? And would have gotten darker since yesterday I'm sure?
I do feel different this month but could just be a hormonal blip (I'm 45)
Also I always got BFP's by 10dpo with previous pregnancies, I don't hold out much hope really BUT I really think yours sounds promising if they are getting darker! What time can you post the pictures?

I haven’t got the foggiest what’s happening this cycle anymore lol... I was supposed to be 6DPO today according to the app I use... however yesterday I got a new better thermometer (I know shud have waited till next cycle to use it) and when I’ve logged my temp this morning the app has altered my OV day and now says I’m only 4DPO
I thought I OVd on Thursday as was getting sharp pains I don’t normally get which would make me 6DPO but unsure now. this is my graph

stacey, hmm really hard to say. I still think the 17th looks like the more likely O date, but even if it was the 18th, you still hit O-2 which is still great timing.


Here are the tests I've taken (both times the lines appeared within a minute). When I zoom in realllly closely on the bottom one, I can see slight pink colour, so it's a bit hard not to get excited right now. Will buy a clearblue during lunch today and use it with FMU tomorrow

And thank you Hope the clearblue gives me a nice strong line tomorrow... I had taken a test on the evening of 7DPO (yes... shame on me) and there was no line to be seen at all (not even way after it dried) like on the ones I took today and yesterday, so I really want to believe that these aren't flukes or anything. I'm not really letting myself believe that I am pregnant right now, and I'm also scared of having another CP

I want to believe its implantation flecks but I do this to myself every month, clutch at every last straw...the fact is I am 12/13 dpo and have cramps and flecks peed on two more sticks just now (thought I may as well use them up since so cheap) and two more faint lines..they are all from the same batch so it must be a bad one.

I will look forward to your Clearblue test and any further tests you do and am crossing everything for you. How do you feel?, do you have cramping or any PMS type symptoms or do you have pregnancy type symptoms?
