I use Ovia too! Planning on announcing to closer family members after 12 week scan, and to public after 20 week scan. I have a cute photo session planned with my preschooler today - him next to baking stuff and cookies with a chalk board of “recipe for sibling” We won’t use the photo for a while but we were going to make cookies anyways so I figured why not!
We will be telling our 3yo after the 12 week scan by giving him a few books about being a sibling and babies. Even though he’s young I think he’ll get it!
@Emsabub I’m glad you got the meds! But yeah they’re kinda pointless if they only give you 3 hours a day without nausea... I’m definitely trying to take things slow - it’s an adjustment to consciously not move as fast... I wish they could do something about low blood pressure but as far as I know, I just have to live with it.
@Snackqueen I hope you can get ahold of your doc! Spotting is never fun but is usually normal. My SIL spotted for like the entire first trimester of her current pregnancy, and she’s now 37 weeks, and I spotted at 9 weeks last pregnancy.
