Yes Jetters, I thought Milly was going to explode since she was so fat! Then from about 8 months onwards her weight started tapering down and she started looking more 'normal'. She's stayed that way ever since. Kia looks fab in those pictures and he's on the move. That generally makes the weight fall off.

Jetters - K looks the picture of health. I'm sure you know my weight worries with Daniel from FB, but my HV told me yesterday when I said I was concerned - it is better to have a skinny but wired baby, than a fat lethargic lump that can't or won't move.
Every picture I see of him, he has that MASSIVE smile on his face.

I wouldn't worry about the weight thing either, I've heard that they change shape a lot when they get active as well. My little Harry is already a long stringy baby at 4 months, and didn't put on a lot of weight at last weigh in, but the HV wasn't worried as he'd put on length instead!!

God knows what he'll look like when he gets more active, he's bound to be a tall skinny adult though, as OH is 6' 2", and I'm 5' 9" (not skinny at the moment though since being preggers!!).

Jetters hun, Kia is adorable and looks healthy! Dont stress over the eating thing either hun, he's got plenty of time for that once he turns one I'm sure he'll start putting weight on again in his own time.. if he's still happily drinking his milk then all is good

Evie's always been a good eater but I didnt go the whole BLW route.. finger food sometimes yes but we've done more traditional weaning than anything else and even tho her weight has stayed around the 80th percentile, her length/height is just over the 7th percentile Guess we're gonna have a little shortie/dinkie on our hands!
