****January Testing Thread**** New Year = New BFP!

Holding my pee for a few hours, will be SMU. Was BFN yesterday at 10 dpo.
I am trying to hold onto hope but I have absolutely no symptoms.
Sometimes I just feel like I am too old and it is not going to happen.

All things are possible sorry you're feeling a bit crummy fingers crossed its pregnancy hormones causing it. Good luck testing x

As for me, have af signs so waiting for af to come. Tests are just feeding back indents. Am really at peace about it. Feel as if although it's not yet conclusive, something tells me I'm just not and it isn't gonna be this month. Cd24. Thinking next month not to use one-step tests. Bit put off frer 5 or 6 day as they indented too. Cycle before had clear blue false lines. So am thinking... maybe I try asda or superdrug tests next month.

I’d steer clear of Asda and Tesco and sainsbury own tests they all give lines within the time limit

Y’all I checked yesterday’s test which I knowwwwwww I’m not supposed to do and it has a line now. My last two pregnancies started with leaving negative tests to dry and finding a line like this an hour later.

Obviously took another this AM and this one looks negative still too shrug

Looks like I may not be testing when I thought! I still have yet to ovulate; but the OPK's are getting darker, so possibly this week. We are battling Covid through the house right now (so far 3 out of 6 have it!). Haven't BD'd much because of it, but this is also our busier season as our oldest is in wrestling so we either are getting up super early for tournaments or having three/four kids in our hotel room plus our own kids, so obviously no bd'ing then unless it's in the bathroom or something (which secretly we have done before!).

@1234boymum sorry you're feeling out, I feel the same way and am also strangely okay with that. I am going to be trying something called a fibroid tonic which shrinks fibroids - it contains dandelion, chasteberry, fenugreek, raspberry leaves and echinacea. Are you cycles and periods regular?

@wrapunzel I see those lines but hesitant to trust them as they are dried. Will you be testing again? Maybe a different brand of test?

Wait you see lines on both tests?? I accidentally uploaded the same pic twice, but the one with both together?

I'll be doing another of these on the 16th or 17th & then have a midwive's appointment for the 19th. Suppose if today's goes liney or the next I will grab a FRER before the appt.

@Tesh23 When I first looked at the picture I was certain I saw a clear line. When i made it bigger, I couldn't see it anymore. 9 dpo is still early, and if you are having implantation bleeding it'll be a few days until HCG will show up. Fingers crossed!

@NightFlower I see that shadow! FX'd it gets darker!

I see them on all. The pic with two tests I see the top one and the bottom one is very faint but def see it.

@sallyhansen76 ah, thanks for taking a look I am in my head already planning my next cycle haha! Becomes a bit robotic hey when ltttc, the bfns don't even disappoint anymore.

@Tesh23 Perhaps just a way for us to protect ourselves from the onslaught of dissappointment. I get it. But I think that things look good for you.
PMA (positive mental attitude) is definately not easy as a LTTC so I'll stay positive for you.
It is easier to be positive for others rather than ourselves, so I'll pass it on

No I’m just going to wait a few days. I’ve taken a lot of these and never seen even the faintest line when I wasn’t pregnant so I am on tenterhooks!
