****January Testing Thread**** New Year = New BFP!

My test from this morning. I ordered some midstream tests they will be here think Thursday day before af due. These strips keep messing with my head

Pink cm with two bright specks of blood when checking cp this evening. AF on her way. Very strange short luteal phase this cycle only 10 days it seems from a normal 12 day lp.

BFN today at 12 dpo. AF due the 17th.
I am bummed but not utterly crushed like last month.
I am beginning to fear that my age may be a bigger obstacle than I thought.
I think next month we will NTNP; no OPKs temping or anything extra. No timed sex. I am tired of trying so hard for nothing.

Tesh is that your usual af symptom? Sounds like a good conception symptom too.

Late afternoon new test and again I see something. Think and hope it's just because I'm so early they darken up [7-9dpo] af due Friday.

Af came three days ago I'm having short cycles of 25-26 days so I'll be using opks very soon. We probably will only be able to try for two more cycles since after that I'll be on the pill to prepare for IVF

@1234boymum I used to have some spotting a day before AF a couple of years ago, but for a long time now my AF just starts on schedule with light or medium flow. A little beige cm when checking cp this morning but feel AF is on the way.

Temp is still up, but should be because I'm only 11dpo out of a 12dpo lp. I suspect that the vits and herbal stuff I've I've taking this cycle has maybe had an effect on the fibroid as I have read that pink spotting can often be signs of it breaking down. So that would be great if that's what's happening.

My fibroid tonic contains vitex, dandelion, fenugreek, black cohosh etc so hoping it will balance out hormones and stop anymore mid cycle spotting. I'm just praying it doesn't mess up my very regular cycles..

yes hopefully next month is better.
I’m not sure what to try differently besides temping I’ll give that another go with opks

I’m also still struggling with my long periods (12-14 days) it’s been like this since the twins and getting longer.
Unfortunately all tests are coming back normal but my iron it non existent.

what about you? Will you be trying anything different

Tested my tap water with 1 step and pleased to announce my bathroom tap is with child. Definite bfp nice thick line with colour. Does beg the question what's in our water

Sorry to those who the witch arrived for and congrats to any BFPs!

After getting 2 days EWCM it stopped. I thought I’d ovulated a week early, but then my daughter and I tested positive with covid. I’m getting touches of EWCM again now, have any of you experience covid to delay O and for how long? Not sure if I should BD with my OH as he’s still negative but he’s around and playing with my daughter so not sure it makes any difference….

Sorry to hear about the long periods.. ever since my ectopic my pain less periods became about 2 days longer and very painful. It probably had a lot to do with growing fibroids I suspect due to estrogen dominance. This cycle I am going to just be taking my fibroid tonic to balance out my estrogen and progesterone and hopefully shrink the fibroids. This should also help with painful periods and mid cycle spotting fx. My cycle is bang on schedule 26 days.

This cycle I started on Omega 3, Folate and Vitamin D supplements which did help a lot with my pms, moods and I did experience less cramping this tww.

We may be cycle buddies this next cycle- started spotting red with clots when I've been to the loo this afternoon so should be able to record CD1 tomorrow 17/01.

How long is your cycle? Other than the long periods so you suffer with anything else? I think temping and opks should really help pinpoint any changes.

Oh this cycle I also started my dh on omega 3, zinc, vit c and folic. It has really improved the quality and quantity of the spermies (tmi!) but worth mentioning in case it helps.

I had covid over the last 2weeks, I’m not sure it delayed ov because I got my usual ov symptoms around the time I’d expect to have it.. also we bd’d still but only because dh was positive too.
