***June Testing Thread!***7 BFPS SO FAR *******

For those of you who don't know me, here's a bit of history:
I have a 7 month old daughter who is my life! I am on maternity leave until December, if I get pregnant before that I will be able to go straight onto pregnancy leave without returning to work (that is the dream).
Our ttc journey was really long (almost like this post ). We conceived DD on our 19th cycle. (And had a mc on the 8th cycle). I went through a lot of tests and all came back perfect (The infertility specialist called me super fertile). Dh had low motility and low sperm count. He took supplements for it and we conceived DD two months after he started those.

We decided to start ttc for #2 in August (so that I am not pregnant in summer, and so that I can maximise my pregnancy and maternity leave). Dh will start his supplements again in July.

This week dh sprang it on me that he wants to start trying right now. Im hesitant for completely selfish reasons (I want to enjoy DD for a while longer without feeling crappy as I did during pregnancy, I want to lose a few more kg's, I want to drink a few drinks on summer holiday at the beach in July, etc).
But.... what if it takes 19 cycles again? Then i don't want to waste any time! I think I am about 2 to 3 days from ovulation... Need opinions... should I go for it or not?

Personally it would be too soon for me but that’s only because I couldn’t handle having my kids close in age. I have pcos and hubby had low sperm count and low motility and it took us 22 months to conceive DD1. After nearly 2 years I said hey let’s get started on number 2 since it took us forever last time with all our issues. Literally bam I got pregnant straight away first cycle! Don’t know what it was that did because I wasn’t taking any supplements or doing any tracking besides opk’s. It’s different for everyone but in my experience the second happened super fast I was in shock lol. We are currently on cycle 3 of ttc baby no. 3

Everybody has a different experience even though my two are 2 years apart my daughter was 14 months when I found out I was pregnant again and it took us 2 months we fell pregnant the 1st month but was a cp. But bam literally 3 weeks later after my cp I was pregnant again. And even though I loved my son and it was semi planned I still suffered from pp depression horribly. I hate that because I literally cherished none of his 1st few months barely any pictures I stopped breastfeeding quickly. And now I'm trying so hard to have my 3rd and feel super guilty about how I practically skipped my sons infancy (mentally)
All I can say is make sure you're prepared as mental/emotionally as possible

I like the new IC I have, they are wider and have a blue/grey tinge background rather than white, I like this because you don't get evaps or see dents or patches or multiple lines! Although slightly frustrating because I can’t even see a line when tilting it or putting in light!

They sound great! I might need some my partner will go mad if I buy anymore tests Haha

Didn't test today at 12dpo...feeling out so just going to wait for af which is due on Monday. Only one test left so keeping it till then!

I tested this morning, BFN Really gutted & getting so fed up how long its taking. Will stop taking my progesterone now & wait for af to show. Onto cycle 25 now

Afternoon ladies. 12dpo here. Last night I had a overwhelming urge to need to be sick and woke with uti feeling.
The ic came up straight away. Frer there is a line but for the life of me do you think I could get it show on camera clearly lol. I hope this true. Will be abit like history repeating test wise I didn’t get bfp with my son until 12dpo.

I see the line on the frer without even clicking on the photo! I’d say !!

How many DPO are you?

On my second cycle with progesterone, I tested around 14 DPO and got a BFN. So I stopped progesterone.

When AF didn't arrive 2 days later I re-tested and got a BFP!!!! but AF started the next morning since I had stopped progesterone.

Now I keep taking progesterone until AF arrives. AF arrives around 17 DPO anyway, even on progesterone.
