I started taking maca this cycle, and I think it helped give me my nicest looking chart so far. It's supposed to help balance hormones. I also take a prenatal, fishoils, vitamin C, vitamin D, calcium, B50 and EPO (EPO only leading up to O).
This cycle I'm adding an extra dose of maca, baby aspirin, Vitamin E and coq10
I've gone a little over board on the supplements lol.
I've also quit coffee, alcohol and weed. Started exercising more, and drink the suggested intake of water each day.
DH has also quit weed (he smoked WAY more than I ever did), reduced alcohol, and is taking his own batch of supplements.
if you're looking at a simple supplement to add, I'd suggest maca
