Although I am feeling AF is going to start any moment, but few hours back I started feeling a mild nausea -> which definitely gave me hope again

Isn't it amazing how us TTC ladies get super excited at the thought of having nausea?! Lol.

15 DPO and took a test this morning. BFN . Basically wanting AF to show up so I can get on with it.

Sorry about your BFN kksquared, but you're not out until the witch actually shows up. If she does, like you said, you just want to get on and start the next cycle.

Feels like all we do is so much waiting! Uggghh....wish my cycle wasn't so long, I'd love to go from 40 days down to about 30...just so there's less waiting in between....

I have been trying to conceive for one year but no luck. This is my 1st cycle with Femara.

cd 3- cd 7 - usg + femara
cd 12 - pelvic usg - 20mm follicle
cd 14 - no sign of ovulation
cd 15- another usg , follicle still there and got bigger so got HCG shot + sore nipples + cramps on and off + total sleeplessness + anxiety
cd 16 - midnight got +opk, cramps + BD using preseed + sore nipples + headache on and off + disturbed sleep
cd 17 - BD using preseed
Cd 18 (today) has a plan to bd + less sore nipples + light back ache

now on 2ww...

Doctors told me to test pregnancy on 23rd march if i dont get AF ..

Please wish me luck and keep me in your prayers ladies. I am really hopeful. I dont have insurance to cover all the treatments i am getting now.

Hello girls! Congrats to all BFPs!! Well, I'm 18DPO AF should've come today but didn't, so officially I'm 1 day late. No, I didn't test at 12DPO but now I'm very tempted to take the pregnancy test. My symptoms are still the same, headache, cramps, insomnia, tender breast (3 days ago) and my temperature is up (If some one can take a look of my chart please).

PS. I'm very freaked out to take a test because I had a bfn at January.

FF typically says if your temp stays up for 16 days, it's very likely you are pregnant. obviously there are exceptions, but your chart looks definitely like you could be! i can't believe you've been able to not test!

So still no AF but cramping. I know I've only been trying for 2 months but still frustrating. I went and bought clearblu digital OPK (kept receipt just in case AF never shows up and need to return) as I found internet cheapies frustrating. I think we are going to SMEP this next cycle as soon as it starts as it seemed to be successful for this group. For those of you who did SMEP was this your first cycle doing it and how did it go?

i did pretty close to SMEP in sept for the first time, bfn. then did it exactly as scheduled in october and got pregnant. yay but also

last month was not exactly SMEP because OPKs are thrown off by how much water i drink since i'm at the gym 6 days a week, and no luck. this month just BDing as many days of my fertile window as OPKs aren't reliable, but i am a SMEP believer! have to remember that even if you time sex PERFECTLY, the chances of getting pregnant are still only 20-25%. so, even SMEP will result in bfns a lot of the time. but i think it gets you as close to a 20-25% success rate as you are going to get.

Lol I'm really scared! Because my period lately has been a little inconsistent (CD29-28-30-30-37-33)The average is 31. So I don't want to get excited yet. Probably I'm going to test tomorrow morning

My Internet cheapie opks never gave me a proper positive, also my Internet cheapie pg tests only give me faint lines, whereas all the tests from the store are really dark, i don't think I'll be bothering with them in the future.

I didn't really follow SMEP, we dtd every second day leading up to ovulation then the day after as well.

yeah, i drink probably 100-150oz a day. i only use internet cheapies and last month and there was definitely a surge, but no actual positive. since i temp, i was able to look back after i got my temp spike and where the darkest tests were to see that even though they didn't look positive, they were actually probably just "watered-down" positives. but without temping, i would have assumed they were negative. so, if you drink a lot of water and can't rely on OPKs, either temp or just BD every other day from CD10-20 and if you feel like it, throw a couple other days in too and you'll be covered. i don't have pcos or irregular cycles, and it still took us 5 months to get pregnant the first time around, so hang in there! going on cycle 2 post mc now, so we'll see!

Wow that is a lot of water you guys...and I thought I drank a lot. opks are hard for me because of the not drinking part. I like this brand I got because they are for use with fmu, which means that I can not drink water while I'm sleeping and I do that anyway. However, so far I have had 3 days of almost positives about a week early... So I am not sure how well they work.

11 dpo update..

I got my first faint positive yesterday morning, but it was so faint I tried not to read into it too much until I took another HPT this morning and it's definitely a BFP today, much more visible line!

Hi girls! I took the test and was a bfn so still waiting for AF shows up. I'm so disappointed because I had a really good feeling and this symptoms are not normal for my usual pms. Sorry for the tmi... I had plenty of creamy CM and I don't know why because usually at this point I'm dry.

My DH is disappointed to but he doesn't want to admit it.
