++++October 2019 Testing Thread++++

Thanks livvy yeah I just don’t know cos the websites are totally contradicting themselves so I’m not sure what to do :shrug:

My period was 6-7 days long and since starting the cream it’s hitting more or less 4 now which worry’s me the lining isn’t thick enough

Oh yeah routine is key hell no would all mine sleep in same room. It’s good to get away though! Xx

AF showed up last night. Well since I tend to ovulate around day 12 you might put me down for october 31st;) 2 cycles in one month hahaha

Anyone have any input on what I said about progesterone before I decide what to do x

Hey I’m new to these threads, I’m Currently trying to conceive baby number 2 and I’ve taken a Asda pregnancy test not sure if there is a faint line or if my eyes are playing tricks I’ve taken 3 and all have came out the same. Would love to hear people opinions.

Wanting, sorry I’m not more help. It seems to me like it’s worth trying.

Hey dear I'm sorry af got you. I was away for a bit. Oestrogen makes the lining proliferate and thicken, progesterone stabilizes it and makes it's structure mature. It can cause a thinner lining if you start too early, but I don't think it can reduce your lining significantly if you start a few days after ovulation. Hope it helps somehow... good luck in this cycle!

Looks positive to me. Hope you get a darker line to confirm. Good luck

Thanks ladies :kiss:

I guess I have to give it a shot for one month and see. I guess I started cream two months ago and it got me thinking as last month I only had a 4 day period and last cycle I forgot to take the progesterone cream a lot and has gone up to 5-6 days usually I’m a 6-7 day girl and has made ms think maybe it thins the lining like some websites are saying but I don’t understand that as you need progesterone in pregnancy so I’m totally confused and cagey about buggering my body up even more maybe I need to go back on my bcomplex for my spotting. I’m going to take it one month and if my period is short then I’m not continuing xx

You have to start it after ovulation (like 2-3 days). I've heard that with cream it's hard To get the right dose, because it's impossible to know how much is absorbed. Don't worry about the pesseries, it's a standard medication and will not do any harm, can only help ;)

BFN again this morning on CD27 with FRER. I'm likely at least 10DPO, unless I ovulated earlier (which is possible). Starting to feel like AF is coming along.

We have been NTNP but have been doing so for nearly a year now and think we're going to have to actually try to make things happen at this point. We would be more than happy if it happened but not sure if he's quite at that "let's actively try" stage, yet. Nearing 34 and this would be #1 so starting to wonder if I might have some struggles and if I should jump on things now before I get too much older. Just feel like that clock is ticking!

(And as I type this, I'm still hopeful AF doesn't show up and maybe this month is the one!)
