Try, I bet it's hard not to get over lapping HB sounds with twins but it absolutely sounds like both are beating well!

Chilli, that sounds really romantic! I would like to renew our vowels for our 5yr anniversary, do it at the beach like how we originally wanted. The end of the month will be our 2nd anniversary so it won't be anytime soon but that just means our little girl can be apart of it next time! I'm really excited for you, it will be so lovely I'm sure!

Try - I completely understand if you want to keep things quiet til your scan - are you gonna have a private one? I know I would! As for a doppler - that's why I don't have one - I'd be permanently listening in and making myself worry.

Thanks for your lovely comments about our nuty wedding plans! It's combined with my 40th so any excuse. We are having very quiet church ceremony at 12 - just a few friends who are normally in the congregation. Then over to my Mum's where there'll be a marque and bouncy castle for cream teas as people arrive. Many guests are camping there for the weekend as it saves money when you have kids and will be great fun to have a little sort of festival going on!

Then in the early evening we will move to a hall where there is a bar!!! For a buffet that everyone is contributing to and some perfformances: one of my good friends sings beautifully, one of my husbands will do some music from Peru, possibly a salsa lesson from a friend who teaches and then some teeenagers band (not sure about the last one!!!??) then another friend is being our dj for the evening until everybody has had enough and goes back to their tents! It's all very organic and home grown and I'm hoping people know me well enough to expect that!!!?? Am getting very excited but have felt sick alll day today - think I overdid it yesterday!

I ordered a sonoline B (FDA approved) doppler so I can start listening to my babies!!! It will be here between the 4th and 10th.....eeeeeck!!!

So do you have your hands on the doppler yet? Almost 10 weeks, that's awesome! Hope the twinnies are getting nice and comfy in there.

Hope everyone else is doing well. I'm expecting the witch sometime this weekend. Definitely won't be testing, as I'm sure she'll give me the same ol' nasty red faced welcome as she does each month.

12-13 dpo here. This may sound strange, but instead of getting excited, I get down as the 2WW nears it's end. I guess because I'm always preparing myself for the worst. Even though this month has been more relaxed than previous months, the disappointment will probably feel the same when the cow shows her nasty self. Sigh!

OH will be away during O time, so will be taking a break next cycle. Haven't seen a specialist yet. Will plan on doing that once we hit the one year mark of TTC. I sure hope it doesn't get to that point though....still have a few months to go, so we'll see. I do have a question about further testing though. Can the initial tests such as hormone levels, sperm analysis, etc. be done at the ObGyn's office, or will they just refer you to a FS directly?

AFM, I'm just waiting. 13 or 14 dpo (or at least that's where I think I am based on my usual O pattern)....the next few days should tell what's in store.

Neffie, usually those types of tests are done at a RE. Ask your regular ob/gyn to be sure though. Have you been keeping track of how long your luteal phase is, make sure that isn't an issue. That was my issue.

If I am not mistaken, hormone levels 'should be' able to be drawn at your regular physician's office/laboratory, but not any other extensive fertility testing, such as a semen anaylsis. However, its probably better to get it all done in one shot and there is where the RE comes in to play.

Most insurances do not cover RE's, so check with your insurance if you are able beforehand so you know what to expect finance wise.

However, hopefully it doesnt come down to that!

Neffie - hope there's still no show? As for hormone tests etc - depends where you are I guess - I had mine done at GP and sperm done in nearest hospital.

AFM - getting increasingly anxious about 20 wk scan on thurs, doesn't help that OH is away. Had lovely weekend with him though - took me to nice hotel and wined and dined - we did some talking that really needed to be done and feeling good now.

Im not feeling it this month, 10dpo I havnt tested. Just booked my CD3 blood test, I am hoping I dont need it.

Chilli fingers crossed for Thurs, we will be thinking of you. Sorry OH wont be with you to hold your hand.

Tiger - Thanks. My LP is usually 14-15 days, so as far as I know that doesn't seem to be the issue. Happy 20 weeks by the way!

Try - I hope you're right, and I don't even have to worry about the additional testing. Time will tell I guess. How are you feeling?

Chilli - . Wining & dining sounds great! Good luck for your scan on Thursday. Are you going to find out what team you're on, or are you going to wait?

Blue - Why are you feeling out? How long is your LP? It ain't over till the ugly hag shows up. I've got everything crossed for you!

AFM, I'm still waiting on the cow. Guessing I'm 15-16 dpo. I really don't want to get my hopes up...I think she'll be here later today or tomorrow. I hope not though. I can't even bring myself to test. So freakin scared!
