I will definitely load all of the scan pics from the last few scans this weekend. I have a 4 day weekend so I should have lots of time! I need the break from work and traveling!

Kels, what shit! I really hope its a false alram as well. I think some of us had red spotting / bleeding in the beginning as well. I talk about you to friends all the time and tell them how strong you are and how we want it so badly for you!

Enjoy your vaca home! Maybe one time I'll come visit you there when I go home to visit.....I'll bring our bass boat up and we will swing by to see you!

AFM, we're headed out of town for the weekend!! Will be going to the coast, and staying in a cozy little bed & breakfast. Should be a lot of fun, and we're really looking forward to our 'babymoon'. It will also make the agony of waiting for the gender scan less painful.

By the way, have any of you taken or considered taking the flu shot? It'is now available at my docs, and they asked if I want to take it. I'm thinking about taking it, just to avoid any 'what ifs' with the flu, but wanted to get some thoughts/suggestions on it.

Have a lovely weekend Neffie. Oooh I think I will probably have the flu shot as last couple of years we have had swine flu over here and I know a couple of people who had it. I dont like havin shots or takin meds but sometimes I guess its needed.

Blue - It seems like it's pretty safe to take as long as it's the shot, and not the nasal spray. I just need to decide if I should go ahead and take it next week, or wait a little longer. What are your plans?

I dont know when they start giving them here, I guess I will find out at 24 week appointment with the mw.

As for flu shot, have to admit I was relieved that doc said as was summer didn't need to take as this poor babs is likely to come out luminous the amount of meds it's already had which goes again everything I would wish for. Still seems to be working. I guess as it's 3 years in and nothing has showed up as a problem yet vac should be ok to take.

I have been MIA last week or so as am suddenly wiped out by this pg. And I'm really fed up of people thinking it's ok to comment how"huge" I am - you wouldn't say that if I was just fat!! So tactless and making me feel embaressed as if I shoulkd be ashamed! All I want to do is be pleased about my lovely baby. I'm also suffering again with my pelvis - almost immobile sometimes and now my hands and feet have started swelling too - all in all I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself - most of all because I just want to be able to enjoy these last few weeks in my life of ever being pg! Sorry for the whinge!

Had a dream last night that gave birth to twin boys which morphed into one with downs who was huge! (I blame all those tactless comments for making me worry). I do worry though as chose not to have any tests done so anything could happen. A nice bit was when I was trying to feed him but he was too busy looking around at everyone and kept letting go - my daughter was just like that... and whilst it hurts sometimes I loved it that she was, and is so unstopppably sociable.

ooh I just can't wait to meet this little one... I've been waiting for nearly 3 years now!!!

Chilli - Sorry to hear that you've not been feeling too well lately. As for the insensitive comments, I really don't know what to say....it sure baffles me why some people just can't mind their own business. I see how it can be worrying not having some of the testing done, but your LO will be just fine. Not too long to go now.

AFM, our babymoon was AMAZING!!! Just the R&R we needed! Too bad it went by so fast...now I'm just counting down the hours & minutes until our gender scan on Thursday. Can't wait to find out!! In other news, OH felt a kick yesterday for the first time!! The look on his face was absolutely priceless.

I've also decided to go ahead and get the flu shot. I'm having OH get one as well just to be on the safe side.

Sorry I've been MIA. It's been busy for me lately. Two weeks ago I had three baby showers! It was great so we've been trying to organize and put stuff away, easy bedding and some 0-3 mon clothes. Then this past weekend I had a wedding to go to, did shopping for stuff we still needed, more organizing! It's been busy! I have an apt today. Going to have one more scan done to see how big the baby is and get checked to see if I've dilated more. I sure hope so! I'm so done feeling like an over riped watermelon b.c of this swelling!

Chilli, how precious it was your little girls first day of school! It was my neices last week and her dad cried! I hope you're feeling better!

Kel, I'm sorry for all that you're going thru. My third MC was early too and it doesn't make it any easier. Are you sure you and DH doesn't want to look into a fertility clinic? I soon as I had that last lost, I made sure I got the referral.
