What did you do today that was Christmassy?

Lucas is out this aft with his Dad so I'm cleaning the room ready to put decorations up on Friday. I get all the fun jobs

Well, kind of made it lol....I bought the felt Christmas trees on eBay and tied on some twine and attached the card with a clothes peg!

Today ...

My Lo did some Christmas things at art class this morning.

When we got home I received two orders of his Christmas gifts.

I got my first Christmas card in the mail!

I bought my LO a gingerbread reindeer, which he is now feeding to his train.

And I don't know if this counts but erm ... my LO made the Christmas tree feint

We painted salt dough christmas ornaments that we made last week
(really easy to make - I used the recipe from https://myboredtoddler.com/microwave-salt-dough-christmas-decorations/ )

Tomorrow we're going to make little gift boxes and put them in as presents for grandparents (the rest will go on our tree).

Gingerbread is definitely christmassy, one of my favourite christmassy things to do is make gingerbread together. Can't wait to have my kitchen back so we can make some!

Went to a huge Christmas craft fair, picked up a gorgeous fairy door for our elf and tons of new decorations. Listened to the choir singing Christmas songs and walked through the Christmas markets

Last night we went to our village light switch on and Sam was cautious of Father Christmas this time and not terrified so we are making progress. It probably helps that FC gave him chocolate.
