So true, our bodies are amazingly adaptable! Soon after I started doing IF some time in 2018, I didn't even become hungry anymore in the mornings, and I felt way more focused, sharp and energized during the day. Nevermind the fact that I lost more than 20kg in just a few months! It's really one of the best things I've ever done for my health and body
You know, this cycle my temps immediately after O were also really low compared to other cycles, definitely had a bit of a slow rise and I panicked and thought I might really have progesterone issues. But it's totally normal and nothing to worry about. And I did end getting my BFP this cycle so a slow rise definitely doesn't mean anything bad at all
@Fitz2020 - Didn't I say that it was the start of your BFP a few days ago!?
Congrats!!! Excited to have a few fellow October-bumpers!
As for me - have officially run out of cheapies so today (19 DPO) was the last time I tested. I'm really pleased to see that they have gotten darker each single day, that definitely calmed some of my worries. I also didn't keep on temping. Today I've got my first prenatal appointment, so I'm super excited to set a date for the first ultrasound which should be set around 12th of Feb.
